The Legislative decree no. 33 of 14 March 2013 (as modified by Dlgs. 97/2016) establishes in art. 9 paragraph 1 that, the for the full accessibility of the published information, a special section called “Transparent Administration” is placed on the home page of the websites of public institutions or entities which can be associated to public administrations.
