Based on the official information published on ADIF’s website the total closure of the Rubí tunnel (Tunnel nº3 Rubí Can Vallhonrat – Riera de Rubí, line 246 Mollet-Sant Fost – Castellbisbal – Agujas Rubí) is expected to end on the night 28/29 April at about 5:00 in the morning (following the high-speed line maintenance).

There will be an interim period until the reopening of the second track, according to the schedule below:
– On days between Wednesday and Sunday one track will be open for freight traffic for 12 hours (from 10:30 to 22:30)
– On Mondays and Tuesdays one track will be open for freight traffic except for the high-speed line maintenance windows that are scheduled between 00:00 and 05:00.
According to the current forecast provided by ADIF, the second track is expected to become operational by the end of June.
