From 1:30 p.m. 26th January, freight train traffic on the mixed gauge line between Riera de Rubí and Rubí is suspended due to a structural problem in the tunnel (from km 4/595 to 5/505).
It is not possible to run freight trains between terminals Port of Barcelona, Can Tunis, Morrot and Perpignan, Portbou-Cerbère border crossings.
Trains from/to terminal La Llagosta are not affected by the closure, therefore the operation of these trains is possible under the conditions specified by SNCF Réseau, ADIF and LFP.
Update on estimated time of re-opening is expected on 30th January.
